    ARIN Whois to find out who that is scanning you
    Some file-extention search engine to find out wtf that file is for
    Some hacking utilitys website (Gamecopyworld, etc)
    AT Forums or similer, for when you f--k things up royally
    eBay for cheap parts
    Newegg for cheap, new parts
    www.downloads.com
    ESPN
    Some porn, or Microsoft.com (Hey, theyve got downloads that are pretty useful!

After that, it's anybody's guess...
