i use whatever. it's how you use it more than the brand.

I'm partial to regular Colgate. The trick is to use very little and brush with water afterwards IMO. God I hate the taste of toothpaste.

they have this new toothpaste from Aquafresh that foams in ur mouth!!
it feels great after i brush my teeth like i have a whole new mouth hehe
