260pc socket set is way over kill. IMHO, most would be fine with a small set of open end & box wrenches, a pipe wrench or pair of water pump pliers, a pair of lineman plier, a pair of tin snips (red & green), a hack saw, a wood saw or double cut drywall saw, a picquic screw driver set (can double as a bit for drill/driver), and a drill.
