toolbars on the taskbar (win2k)

i have created some, how do i edit them or change their icons instead of having their names printed?
how do i delete them after all this?

to remove toolbars:
RIGHT CLICK on your TASK BAR -> TOOLBARS -> uncheck whichever toolbars you dont want displayed. if its a custom toolbar itll delete it.

to show or hide text:
RIGHT CLICK on your TASK BAR -> check or uncheck SHOW TEXT

to change icons:
RIGHT CLICK on your ICON -> PROPERTIES -> CHANGE ICON button
