ToolBar Disappears

My toolbar disappears after loading desktop ! - START is frozen.... After Ctl/Alt/Dlt and double clik "Explorer" , which causes toolbar to reappear, desktop functions and comp functions normally, mostly..., ??? any ideas Great AT Mindz ??

Is Auto Hide switched on? (Right click on start bar and uncheck Auto Hide option). Other than that I'm stumped!

Sounds like its bogged down with useless stuff. Adaware, temp files, cookies, etc. Run disk cleanup and disk defragmentor.

Thanx-finally goot scandisk to run,fixed it up fine!
