thanks LOB... your comment about the 1050 kind hit me low... I Didn't break 1000 on my acctual SAT, I took that test twice.
 
SAT's are overrated. The SAT's are important, but you will not get accepted into college just by a SAT score. I have seen people with a 1340 not get accepted to schools like Bently College. Don't fret over having a 1000 score. I am a high honor student and I got a 950 on my PSAT. Infact, lots of good schools like Northeastern University accept students with SAT score of 1100. That is the average low score forthat school, so there are probably lower SAT scores that got accepted. The SAT is a test and that is all it is.
 
Who really cares I remember having to take this crap got a 1290 and I'm glad when it was over got myself my bong and some quality marijuana. Its a conspiracy by the College Board to make money.
 
SATs arent as important as they were a few years ago. Univ of California schools are thinking about not using them as any sort of guideline in terms of admissions and other school will follow. Well rounded is what schools look for now.
 
Dude arent you 13/14/15? I've never taken the SAT's yet, but I'd say that by the end of highschool you'd probably be doing pretty good on it.

Man, I give you props for your honesty. Most of the time we get these SAT posts on Anandtech, and it seems that everyone scored above a 1300, which, in all likelihood, is a bunch of crap.

Not at all, by scoring 1500 on the SAT, I was able to allow my allready massive ego grow to catastrophic size, j/k 🙂 Actually, getting a high SAT score was sort of annoying because everyone looked at me differently after they found out, and then they all couldn't understand when I didn't get into MIT or Carnegie Mellon.
