It's not that easy to even get that crappy job out of thousands people that applied there were only 23 selected by computer, i was youngest there, other people were even seniors! one grandfather inquired how can he become special agent

Yes, but the scale increases after 3yrs at a good rate--you have a chance for the GS-12-14 range with longevity.
