recently my comp is too slow,and data transfers are too slow (takes around 1 hr to copy a 1gb file) .i would like to know some software to fix this problem.i have removed all detected viruses with kaspersky 7.
 
Spyware checked for?

Installed a bunch of junk or sample programs recently?
