Too Slow Microsoft Excel

My Microsoft Excel 2007 has been too slow. It just doesn't respond when ever i try doing something on the graphs, and after a minute or so, unfreezes again. and then, sometimes, the axes get automatically disabled and stuff.... Anyone, please help me. My excel is jus too slow :'(

Are your xlsx files too big, or do they have a lot of functions in them? I find that after just a few megabites excel can really bog down. If you're pulling those files from a server, that can be slow as well.

You could try a repair. Go into add/remove programs, click "change" on Office, and run the repair. You might also want to disable some add-ins for Excel through the button at the top-left, then "excel options" or something like that.

🙂 the file is jus 488 kB and yet, it doesnt work in my system 🙂 But it works wel, in a lower system too 🙁

Excel speed can vary for quite a few reasons. Does it say calculating xyz % on the bottom right when it is being non responsive? If so, that's due to inefficient or advanced calculations/formulas.
