I am building a budget system

so far I have 4gigs ddr800 ram

ati xhd 3850

so everything is in the middle/cheap range I am not looking to spend more than 200 on mobo/proc and 100 on case/proc but i was looking at the hotdeals forum and the soyo 24'' for 300$ caught my eye. should i get the monitor? or should I just get a cheaper 19" and upgrade the other parts tell me soon because officedepot closes in an hour lol

also i dont know anything about monitors but will I be able to hook up a xbox360 or sp3 to the 22?
 
Don't get 24, your hardware will struggle with 1920x1200.
Besides that isn't a rare deal, it pops up now and then.
