Mmm... what I'm eating right now (though not so much). My favorite meal... and I make a decent sauce from scratch if I do say so myself :p

I just made spaghetti with Ragu marinara sauce, a huge wad of butter and tons of olive oil and some mozarella cheese.

It is very greasy, but very good.

I've been known to eat a pound in one meal. Is that more or less than a pound of dry spaghetti??

Make lots of sauce, refrigerate leftovers. Cook spaghetti as needed. Don't mix sauce and spaghetti together, pour the desired amount on top of the cook spaghetti. Cook broccoli or spinach with the spaghetti for added flavour and nutrition and for variety if you will be eating it repetively. When reheating, add cheese, but try a variety varying which type each time. Garlic toast and glass of wine top it off 4tw!

It's a lot, but not THAT much. I've eaten far more at one sitting.

Oh, and I'm NOT a fatty...6'2", 160lbs.
