Unless he plays a lot of sports and is playing tonight or tomorrow that is way too many carbs. Probably a fatty.

:) Not really... 6' 1", ~160 on a good day.

I'm training for the Chicago Marathon - 10 miles Sunday, 3 half an hour ago, 7 tomorrow, 4 the day after, 15 this Saturday... I need it, trust me.

that 1/3 is how much spagetti i used to cook in college. Last me a few days. Thats how i cooked, tried to cook enough for a couple of days so whenever i got home i just microwaved and dinner was done.
