Too...much...guacamole...

Made some tonight for a snack... a tip to y'all, 4 avocados, sour cream and salsa is WAY too much for one man.

It was good! Too much salsa, though, and the avacados were too ripe.

I love burgers with avocados!

I plan on making some avocado soup next week when I get my hands on some chicken bones to make chicken stock.

1/2 onion diced
1 diced tomato
1 bunch of cilantro diced, cutting off majority of the length of stems first
1/2 diced jalapeno
1/2 lime, squeezed for juice

Fresh guacamole is the best!
