Too many ram choices!

What would your rather out of the following for an A64 3000+:

GEIL GOLDEN DRAGON DUAL CHANNEL 2X512MB PC3500 DDR 2-6-3-3 1T 184PIN WLCSP $420.39

GEIL GOLDEN DRAGON DUAL CHANNEL 2X512MB PC3200 DDR 2-6-3-3 1T 184PIN WLCSP $396.91

KINGSTON VALUERAM 512MBX2 PC3200 400MHZ CAS2.5 DDR NON ECC 184PIN DIMM Yes $355.82

OCZ 512MBX2 PC3200 DDR400 CAS2.5 184PIN W/ BLACK HEAT SPREADER $339.18

(All prices are Canadian)

I've decided that I'm definately getting 1GB. I really wanted to keep it under 400. I do want to overclock, which leads me towards the PC3500, but it is a lot of money. I don't think the other Geil is that great of a deal, since the PC3500 is only 25 bucks more. But there's nothing else that's any cheaper for PC3200 @ Cas2. So all in all it leads me down to the OCZ which is a great deal. Just not sure if it will overclock or not.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, and feel free to suggest some other kind, but I'm not really willing to go with Corsair (too expensive) or a no-name brand. So basically it limits me to Geil, Kingston, OCZ. I guess the biggest problem is that there way too many different kinds, and they're all too expensive right now.

EDIT: Due to popular demand, Mushkin has been added

MUSHKIN 512MBX2 CAS2.5 PC3200 DDR W/ HEAT SPREADER $371.42

I had a problem with Geil (not running at rated speed) and I'm not sure what your systen is it is going into, but the Athlon64 does NOT like OCZ EL ram. Post your system specs, so people can reply with the appropriate specs. Mushkin is good in general.

<- Mushkin man for life.

Great quality, great prices, and the best customer service I've ever encountered.

(Check's in the mail, Mushkin? All right.)

The system doesn't exactly exist yet. But going to be:

A64 3000+
NF3 250 board (abit, asus, msi, gigabyte. Will pick whatever one works best with the ram i choose)
X800 XT

The reason I'm picking the board to go with the ram, rather than the other way around is mainly because of cost. The Ram is going to be more than twice the cost of the board.

I've looked into Mushkin, and they look fairly expensive. I'll look at them some more though.

You can get a 2x512 kit from Mushkin (level 1 pc-3200, 2-3-2) for USD$248 at mushkin.com with the Anandtech discount code (on one of the random banners above).

Thanks guys. Mushkin has been added at the top. By the looks of it, I am sorta leaning towards that one more.

Anyone know if that will overclock much? I'm hoping for somewhere in the 440 range (220 bus, synchronous ram)

I've not had the chance to test it (waiting on better nb cooling), but results in reviews are positive.
