Too many client errors (Rosetta)

I've got a few computers generating client errors and compute errors for outcomes and client state in my daily results. Here are what the logs say:

Exit status:
-185 (0xffffff47)

stderr out:
<core_client_version>5.6.5</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
No main program specified
</message>
]]>

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the 5.6.5 client I'm testing, although I have plenty of successful results with that same client. I'm using this client becuase I have a lot of Pentium D's and this client respects the CPU throttling option without needing anything fancy like ThreadMaster.

Any suggestions?

The fans on the Pentium D's spin up to max within a minute if I use the 5.4 client since it ignores the CPU throttling. Rolling it out over a network to so many workstations would be not fun if I had to tweak Threadmaster or something on each machine.

I might roll back the older Pentium 4's and Athlons to 5.4.11 and see what happens though. It appears to only be a few specific machines that are having this issue anyway now that I've poured through all the result logs.
