I'll be happy to vote in the pole which doesn't exist. *clicks imaginary radio button*

That being said, I'd opt for the nuggets / shake since that comes closer to constituting an actual meal ;)

One mean from McDonalds (or otherwise) does not equal fail, the road to fat nor does it imply the OP is fat. I'm sure some of you (me included) eat unhealthy stuff from time to time...and in some cases, all the time.

Now if the OP eats McDonalds 10 times a week, the above statement that I just made is void! :)

WTF? I eat McDonald's hamburgers with no sauce/cheese and double lettuce/tomato/pickles all the time to hold me over between meals. They have salads there too. You don't HAVE to automatically eat shitty food when you go there.

edit: I am an IDIOT. OP, do your body a favor and eat something a little healthier. Get a couple side salads and some sandwiches without condiments and then maybe finish it all off with a small shake.

I had the Papa John's pizza with double pepperoni. We (my wife and I) then walked for 80 minutes. I then finished a bowl of whole wheat/whole grain oat cereal with chopped almonds and skim, lactose free milk.

I've lost 39 pounds in the last 4 months in case anyone wants to know my weight! :p

(6'3" - 205 lbs. as of today).

Might be, but there are a whole bunch of people in the world who like that shitty stuff.

Yup. Just have the Coldstone people mix in the nuggets. Mmm... new chicken flavor ice cream...
