I'm in Illinois, we have had 5 days in a row of 80+ this March.

That has never before occurred in the history of the state.
They are saying that the average temperature thus far for the month is over 7 degrees above average. Essentially, Chicago is getting the kind of weather that usually Virginia gets this March. (and probably most of the winter too since it's been extremely mild.)

Anyhow, it's supposed to rain a bit here this week, usually we see some snow at some point in March, and sometimes in April .... But haven't seen any in a long time....

I'm in Chicago and I'm loving it!

Been in shorts and a T-shirt for about a week now. I'll take it..
Next step to get out mountain biking before we get more seasonal weather. (which IMO is bound to happen sometime soon)

Yeh, Central IL and I've had the air conditioning on for the last couple days.

I'm just waiting for Mother Nature to go "HA HA! Fooled you!" on April 1st and drop a foot of wet sloppy snow on us and bring in a couple real hard frosts and totally nuke all of the flowers and budding plants.

I am loving the weather myself in MN. Feels like late May\early June. We had a mild winter as well. Which is nice consider the winter of 10-11 was one of the worst I remember. Snowed just about every day and at times was effing cold!

I actually turned off the furnace and it has not run for a few days.

Funny thing is I just finished coding a fully custom thermostat system, so I had to actually code the "off" function. I was going do it later as I did not realize I'd need it so soon.

Sucks if you have allergies I guess, but I'm loving it. Windows are open in March, unreal.

I agree, we had a horrible winter in Milwaukee last year too. Here's a pic from Feb 2011... (yeah, that's the roof of my car)

Now 80's in March?

Honestly I'd be happy if we have a scorching summer this year, it's been a few years.

SoCal around the beach area here. It's been like freezing for the past few days. Freezing rain, hail, and ridiculous wind speed. Feels like winter more than spring or summer.

hahaha FU cali!!

it's funny... I just finished shopping for shorts/t-shirts for my trip out to LA in 2 weeks, but it's actually colder there than in NJ right now.
