Too bad Florida had all the bad COVID-19 data whistleblowers.

Too bad Fla wasn't worried about it enough to mandate mask wearing. Still worried about them freedumbs while infecting and killing others?

The OP seems to think two wrongs make a right. Nice. NY fucked up so FL throwing a statewide Covid party is totes coo

New York fucked up back in March 2020. They figured shit out quick, but obviously too late for those nursing home residents. But hey, nice of OP to point this out in January 2021.

Meanwhile, Florida is still going after whistleblowers and manipulating data. The only thing DeSantis did right was get mass vaccination going (something blue states like Mass have fucked up)...but somehow they also turned that into a tourism opportunity.

Where was Rebekah Jones when we needed her? I guess since FL is a "red" state people were worried about it and not the COVID trainwreck that is NY.

I am sure your lack of self awareness did not realize that this came the the NY State government. They like to know what happened. This way they can correct it. You are right, it was a big mistake, but after this major mistake, what has NY done wrong and what has the much hated Governor Coumo done wrong since the initial major mistake? I know it was a major mistake since I said it was a major mistake.

Maybe you should hold your breadth while waiting fir the Florida AG to investigate what happened during the initial and current flow of COVID response, err lack of response, in the State. I wonder what will happen first, your expiration or the investigation? The odds makers have the investigation as a major underdog at -550.

I remember NY needing ventilators and N95 masks and manpower.. and it was stolen from NY by FEMA and parked in warehouses at airports.

Want whistleblowers.. here are Whistleblowers..

You can thank Javanka for that. Remember the famous quote "PPE belong to "us" not the states.

But remember the other mantra they had, “Every who needed a ventilator got one.” Nothing like luck being the major reason based on the ineptitude of their decision making.

What could possibly drive you to make such a fool of yourself. NY made a big mistake they are trying to fix. You just made a big mistake yourself posting as you just did. See if now you can act like NY and admit what you got wrong. It has to be your childish fear of being guilty of something that drives you deeper and deeper into rationalizations and attempted counter attacks. A world full of evil people that make you look comparitively like a saint will not save you from your own personal guilt, a feeling you were made to feel by terror you would be condemned by those who needed to survive as a child. You have been forgiven, but you don't have real faith.

yeah, right? Imagine gloating about how great your state is with vaccination....when all of that is actually vaccination tourism because your state is actually composed of drooling braindead sibling-fuckers that are terrified of "5G chips" being injected into their veins because their actual braindead leadership has been pumping and supporting this nonsense forever.

Imagine that.

And so we have brandonbullshit.

I also remember the decision Javanka decided to eschew a nationwide response because at the time COVID disproportionality effected blue states.

Truly evil.

That statement has aged very well indeed. Last I checked, 7 of the top 10 were red from 2016. Based on the 2020 election, 3 more blue states can be claimed since Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Georgia all became blue. Amazing that the more populated states have the most infections when the virus runs unabated through the population.

We have not even delved into the testing disaster that really contributed to get us here. I am sure that NY will be blamed for that too.

Huh? Did you read the article?

People who lived in nursing homes but died in hospitals were lumped in with the general covid death count (which was already known to be high; remember NY was the epicenter of COVID for a while). People who lived in nursing homes and died in nursing homes were specifically called nursing home deaths and counted separately from the general covid deaths pool. I supposed they could have double counted and not treated the two categories as exclusive but they didn't; they made the categories exclusive and only counted deaths once. I'm failing to see the scandal here. Seems like a definition was set and followed and they later went back and changed the definition a bit.

Imagine being so god damn stupid that you continue posting on a board where everyone knows you're god damn stupid.

Imagining that? Well, brandonbull doens't have to imagine it, the mother fucker lives it, day-in, day-out.

You go, brandonbull.

Every place does it different. I know in my county in FL, covid deaths in hospitals aren't added to the death toll from the county where the death occurred, but are added to the deaths in the county where the person resided. So the number of hospital deaths in the county will be larger than the number of deaths reported in the covid stats here, but the statewide covid stats still include all the covid deaths that happened here.

That's what happens when the entire covid management is left to the individual states. No 2 states stats reporting are going to be alike.

Couple that with the ability in Florida to suppress this data when it detracts from how you want to support a candidate that you, as Governor, emulate yourself and wish to coddle after their seismic loss in said election.

And that I blame on trump, his administration and appointees that didn't know anything about the departments they were running. They stuck their fingers in everything they could and mucked it up. If they had let the experts at HHS, CDC and FEMA do what they were supposed to do there would have been a lot less chaos.

Amen to that.

They have now insisted on a valid FL ID before dispensing any more vaccines, the backlash around here was intense.
