anyone else surprised that they didn't put more focus on the destruction of the blackbird? i mean they pretty much gave it half an episode for its contruction but *poof* gone in 15 seconds and nobody really cared.

Nah, I'm sure they didn't just make it without any plans...

I'm sure with the extra resources they have now they can make another...

...if the chief gets out of jail...

Plus, it was prominent in the lastest turn of events...from the fact it was able to get so close the ship undectected...for both the pictures, and the FTL engine shot....

A satisfying end to the Resurrection ship arc, and a partial end to the Pegasus arc, so I'm happy.🙂 I would like to know where physical #6 went, and if this means the #6 in Baltar's head is gone(and if she is, then I guess that proves he really was loco).

It was a very good bsg episode. I wish there was more to the battle scene though. But I suppose it was really all about wondering what would happen, who will get killed and who kills who...

Wow. but i'm somewhat relieved now. My heart was beating like crazy during the part where Starbuck was walking along the corridor towards the Admiral. then the phone calls...ASDfjfa;klsdjf;akjsdf;aljf!!!

3-4 months of biuldup/wait is now over 🙂. next week is like a clean new slate now for BSG.

This episode is like the feeling after you take the most ultra humongous diahrrea after you held it for the longest time.

man, SOOOO GOOOD.

Wow What a trio tonight. Stargate SG1, just beautifully done. I've always wondered this myself, that memory = identity. Sorry for all you old school "Oh Star trek is teh leets" or "The oridinal battlestar pwns this new crap" but folks this is what sci-fi is all about. A fantasy asking "what if" humans live in this or that way emcomposing all the drama, symbolism and allegory of the tale. I think these new episodes represent a stepping stone for TV drama. Long are the days where sci-fi is corny and drama is too dramatic. Hail the day of magical realism!!!

Humm, I just realized that the colonials have been doing some replicating themselves. In the "previously" segment of today's BSG I noticed that they had a shot of Roslyn's population count behind her(and I guess this was in the last episode too), it was at 49604. I went back to 33 where it was introduced and looked at it there too, it was at 47973. So it looks like the Colonials have added over 1500 new people in a very short period of time.😛

PS When is Boomer actually going to start acting/looking pregnant? She's been pregnant for a season now

my theory is that non-corporial #6 was being transmited to baltars head from the resurection ship, if she was actually there she couldn't know what the other cylons were doing in previous episodes. she was starting to piss me off anyway, when BILLIONS of humans die its all part of gods plan that cannot be changed and has been repeating itself infinite times, but when just 10,000 identical cylons die its a some kind of huge violation of gods plan that they'll be punished for? WTF kind of crap is that, hypocritical *****

yeah, she said beg.

So something just struck me when watching it again: Baltar told the real #6 that he loved her. I can't remember him ever telling #6 that before, perhaps this is a new twist in the Baltar arc?

there was a special too apparently. mostly fluff, cept for when apollo speaks with his regular accent. i was like wtf? a brit? i was fooled😛

I don't recall Baltar telling #6 that he loved her before either ViRGE 😕

I thought I saw Boomer giving birth? I could've sworn it happened in a previous episode. She was surrounded by doctors, and then someone looked in at them working on her, and the doctors rudely closed the curtains. I could've sworn she gave birth. Damnit, and all this time I've been wondering, 'Where the F is the baby?'

If anybody remembers the scene I'm talking about, what exactly WAS happening to Boomer?

i remember that, i think she had some kind of complication or something and the doc had to fix it.

Not to bash SG-1 or SGA, but they were both re-hashed Star Trek plotlines (arguably done a little better). SG-1 was a re-hashed voyager ep (Paris has almost the identical thing happen to him in an early Voyager ep) and SGA was a rehashed TNG ep (or as pointed out here, a rehash of an SG-1 ep). While I like the shows, perhaps the writers are running out of ideas?

BSG was excellent, though.

EDIT: BTW, was that kiss between Adama & the President supposed to signify anything? And at the rate that the President's cancer is progressing, will Mary McDonnell be on the show much longer?
