clark and lana are in love
3 freaks escape, the twins can generate forcefields, the other can draw energy from nearby power source.
the 3 freaks come to find clark because they're hooked on some drug made from the green rock. they heard how strong clark is but they don't know he lost his powers.
they kidnap lana, and clarks parents.
he's forced to go to luthorcorp to steal the green stuff
chloe helps him hack into the building, she has lots of cool stuff in her trunk including a smoke bomb.
just ask they're about to get their hands on the green stuff, there's a grid of lasers protecting it. clark gets burned by the green laser.
running out of time, clark decides to do something brave.
he goes back home and brings a briefcase with him. he talks the sherif to let him in.
the electricity guy thinks the briefcase contains the green stuff and proceeds to open it.
smoke bomb goes off and has the guys stung.
he comes to, draws an electricity ball and shoots at clark. clark ducks and the ball ends up taking out the twins.
they guy goes for another charge but clark takes a sledge hammer to the power panel, shutting down the power.
he drops the hammer and goes to punch the lights out of the electricity guy and saves the day even without his powers. he says, "sometimes you just have to turn off the power". a trick he learned from chloe earlier when she was hacking into the luthor corp facility.
chloe shows up at the crime scene and tells clark that she found another source and it was a video feed going back to luthor corp.
clark goes to see lex. he immediately punches lex and confronts him. clark asked why luthor didn't help them out when he was watching everything on his monitor. clark then figured out that lex was the one who let the 3 freaks go to test clark's powers. clark then said to lex that if he wants to find thing out, he should do it himself. instead of being a coward about it and hiding behind the scenes. clark then goes in for a final punch, only to be blocked by lex. lex then punches clark and cause his lip to bleed. he was in disbelieve that clark can be hurt. clark says "are you satisfied?"
clark goes to lana's, they fall in love and starts to make out.
