Tonight's Simpsons

God Lord, that was awful. :| Anyone even remotely associated with that episode should suffer a most gruesome death.

Miserable directing
Horrible writing
Excrutiatingly bad song at the end
Poor clip selection
And most of all---> NOT FUNNY

guys, it's a cartoon.. relax...

Ya gotta figure after around 10+ years that maybe the material won't always be fresh.. give the guys a break.. I mean.. most of you probably watch Survivor and that crap..
 
i think that the end might have been implying that the simpsons can't go on forever....or maybe that it will but it will have some pretty crappy episodes

anyway, i was pretty disappointed tonight...
 
The clips from the flashbacks were much funnier than the non-flashback parts. And to think I was looking forward to this episode.... 🙁
 
Funny thing is that they ended it with that song, "Simpsons will be here forever, we have stories for years..."

Doesn't seem like it.
 
I hope everyone knows... since the start of the season... its been new writers. How anyone could not notice this, with the rapid decline in quality.. i don't know.

I don't even rush to watch the new ones on Sunday anymore..
