WTH....why is an SG show playing on any day other than Friday? They should just cancel it instead.

I've been looking forward to this for a while. This show is pretty awesome, although SG-1 was probably better... it is good in its own way.

Wrestling? on SciFi (sorry SyFy)???!!!! You've got to be kidding Sir!
srs, it seems to be their MO anymore, "Lets put all our good shows into one night, then move them all to another night and put wrestling on in their place..."

I'm curious to see how Colonel Young will screw up his command even more tonight.

"I'm going to vent the air" ==> oops, Telford ==> OK, I guess I'll let them escape and kill some people and capture others
"I'm going to end this now" ==> oops, lights are blinky ==> OK, I guess I'll surrender so they can kill us all

FYI, Netflix has "Right to Die" on streaming if you'd like to see a little more of 2nd Lt. Vanessa James.

Huh, didn't know this was back so quick. Going to have to check my local Space channel.

Since Zim somehow missed this one...

I didn't miss posting the thread ViRGE, but I did miss the live airing though. :'(

Everett and the crew continue their efforts to save Destiny while holding off the Lucian Alliance invaders.
Of course, I hate the show for the mockery it makes of Stargate, so here's the real reason I'm posting this thread:
Stargate Universe (9pm)
- 1.175 million viewers
- 0.8/1 HH
- 0.5/1 A18-49
Those are the lowest viewership numbers ever for a SGU episode; and by extension should be the lowest number for any Stargate episode since the series moved from Showtime. To put things in comparison, the Warehouse 13 finale last week in the same slot had 2.448 million viewers, more than twice that of SGU.

To the credit of SGU the show just got moved from Friday to Tuesday to make room for wrestling (ugg), but it also got a very lucrative slot out of the deal by getting W13's slot. So these numbers are all about SGU.

The show is without a doubt a flop. Which is what you get when you try to ape the worst parts of BSG and focus almost entirely on the young male audience to the exclusion of all other groups.

If this show isn't canceled by the end of the first half of its second season, I will be shocked.

Should be killed now, before it sullies the SG name even more. I stopped watching at the mid season break in Season 1, never had a reason to pick it up again.

It's just sad because it was such a potentially great premise for a show. You'd think that on the far side of the frikken' universe, where the writers aren't constrained by "canon", that they could come up with some new and interesting aliens, political intrigue, and so forth. But no, they had to focus on the stones and the Lucian Alliance (2-bit bad guys written into the show running around in cast-off Goa'uld tech, whoopdeedo). I gave up after a couple of episodes.

yeah show sucks, was hoping they'd kill the blonde chick off.

Lou Diamond Phillips is my fave character on the show, he should take control and they should kill off Col. Retard.

But it's probably hopeless, they outta just axe it.
