Tonight's Lost Episode [02-11-2009]...

This episode was season 1&2 good. There's two ways I know this:

- Every commercial break I was pissed
- Every 10 minutes I would look at the clock to see how much time was left - wishing there was more

Dead men can't keep promises?

yeah, what happened is exactly what I assumed, instead of using the ring to get Sun away from the Island Ben lies and uses it to get here to go TO the island.

As for Charlotte and Daniel, clearly now that the time shifts have stopped we are going to figure out that he is stuck in the Dharma initiative days.

so, that whole Russeau thing really confused me. why did she think that all her guys were sick? and wtf was that temple?

It has been referred to that the Temple is the only safe place on the island when the others were in danger of attack by the mercs .
And Danielle mentioned tonite that Smoky guards the Temple.
And is Charlotte really dead? Or will Daniel be able to be with her in another time period before she died? Maybe he can figure out a way.

haha, Desmond!

How could Desmond ever lose a boat race? It seems to only take him a few days to go from continent to continent.

yeah, there are these magical things called "airplanes" that do that pretty well. Also, we have no reference for how long it took him to get from A to B last I saw.

What was with the slow dramatic revelation of the lady in the church at the end? Have we seen her before? The way they revealed her face it was like we were supposed to be like, "OMG IT'S HER! NO WAY!" But I was like. . ."uh. . .ok, who the hell is she?"

Other than that, the awesomeness of this weeks episode more than compensated for the lameness of last weeks.

^this - In the present time - Desmond was already heading to find Hawking - he just happened in at the wrong\right time...

"Say hello to my son for me"
Was Christian Sheppard trying to give Jack a reason to come back to the island?

might just be confirming for the viewers at home that Christian = Jacob, not just using his form or something.

So how does Daniel "escape" the island and fall back into the current time line BrownTown? 😕

As I stated I think Daniel is going to work on a plan to either be with Charlotte in the past, or when we saw Daniel in past he went there to try and change things so Charlotte doesn't die. Maybe he goes back to the past and prevents Charlotte from leaving the Island. And when we see her again she is an Other.

And didn't the symbols on the Temple resemble the symbols on the clock when it counted down and no one pushed the button?

who said he was going to escape, why would he have to?, I always assumed he was jsut going to die in the "past". We already know he was a member of the Dharma initiative and this is clearly how he gets in the past. Hes just plain boned from here on out, hes gonna have to try and do crap to affect the present day time line like sabotaging stuff in the past, or leaving things to be found later.

🙂

Although he tempted fate and confronted Widemore, I was still under the assumption that he and Penny were still trying to hide.

Why did Locke pull the wheel in the same direction that Ben pushed it? 😕

Ummmmmm, serious?

TV show: fiction: what if he did the opposite, same question?

Yeah, I'm serious IHateMyJob2004... I'm not the only poster who asked this and if this is intentional, fine, if not, I hate it when such minor continuity mistakes are made to be honest. :|

locke is incapable of doing anything correctly.

jacob tells him to push the wheel... he lets ben push the wheel.
jacon tells him to push the wheel again, and he pulls the wheel. /facepalm. they're doomed.

my thought was that he did what he could with a bum leg.

when Ben blew the match out twice at Mrs. Hawkings church awhile back... 😱

The smoke monster killed all her team. And then took their form (Think: Yemi in season 3. Mr Ekos brother. Remember how it was really the smoke monster?) So they were not acting like them. The monster was doing it all. Thats why she thought they were all sick.

Or something like that.

So no one is thinking bout how Alex is supposed to be Ben's but according to last night it seems like its Robert's...whose now dead...
