One of the better shows on the scifi channel. I personally felt that Claudia fit better in eureka then warehouse 13 (from the crossover episode).

Back? He's had the same actor since episode 4. Presumably Kavan Smith is the new Andy permanently.

IIRC after he was Kavan for one episode, he went back to the original, then back to Kavan. Do I remember incorrectly?

You remember incorrectly. The original Andy (Ty Olsson) was in S04E02, Kavan in S04E04, and then Kavan again in S04E06. I don't think they'd be going back to Ty Olsson at this point, it looks like he's been busy filming a series called Shattered.
