Vic's replacement, Det. Kevin Hiatt (Alex O'Loughlin), arrives at the Barn, and Claudette orders Vic to train him. If he does, she tells him, he might not be forced out. In their first case together, they search for a gang revolutionary who's wanted by a Farmington gang lord. Meanwhile, Aceveda makes a deal with a developer that lands the San Marcos murders back in the Barn, and Dutch is surprised to hear that Tina has transferred. He's more surprised to see her on an LAPD publicity poster.

Shane is such a dirt bag, I LOVE IT haha. Can someone fill me in on Lem's package? My dumb ass doesnt get it.

edit: holy crap next weeks episode looks awsome.
 
Lem's package was a ton of books he ordered online the day before he was supposed to turn himself in prior to that crap with Antwon. He had a note with the package that said to forward the books to the prison he ends up in so that he can keep busy and read up on a few things while he's away.

I want to discuss it with people but I don't want to spoil it. The ending of the next episode is INSANE!!
 
i cant wait until vic finds out they are playing him about that commitee that wil review his early retirement


once that out he wont be mr. nice guy any more.

Yeah but the "new guy" seems to like vic. I wonder if somehow he'll work it out so that vic can stay.

A long wait for fans of "The Shield" will come to an end this spring.

FX has set a premiere date for the show's sixth season: Tuesday, April 3, a week after new drama "Dirt" ends its season. The premiere will come just over a year after "The Shield's" fifth-season finale; that's the longest gap between seasons the show has had.

The long dry spell comes after a season five finale that saw Lem (Kenneth Johnson) murdered at the hands of one of his strike team partners, Shane (Walton Goggins), who mistakenly believed Lem had given up his crew to Internal Affairs. "Shield" creator Shawn Ryan says the bulk of season six, which will run for 10 weeks, will focus on Vic's (Michael Chiklis) search for Lem's killer, unaware that he's standing right beside him.

Recent Golden Globe winner Forest Whitaker will reprise his role as Internal Affairs investigator John Kavanaugh in season six, though Ryan declined to reveal how many episodes he'll be around.

The show is also gearing up for production on its seventh and final season. Those 13 episodes are scheduled to begin shooting in late spring, with a projected airdate of early 2008.

Maybe the new guy called her.

I'm on the fence about the new guy, I want to see some more character development before I make a judgement on him. I think he's seeing the good side of Vic right now like the Captain said. I have a feeling the new guy will be slow to be liked but eventually become part of the team with Vic still on it.. Shane, I'm not so sure he'll be around for much longer

just download the 2 eps that come out on thursdays. I am on episode 7 now.
 
I just caught up to episode seven as well. I missed the last three due to being out of state. This is getting hot! I can't believe Vic busted Shane...
