Those were last week's ratings, the numbers actually went up this week: http://tvbythenumbers.com/2009...dollhouse-higher/14540

Nice, good to see it. For an expensive action-drama however, I still think those numbers are going to = cancellation very very soon.

Numbers still suck. If you factor in about a 30% DVR, it got 4.5 million-ish, which is roughly what it got on Monday nights. Who woulda thought that people wouldn't be home on Friday night to watch TV; oh, but it's a nerd show, and we all know nerds don't go out on Friday nights.

The really stupid thing is that they put both House and 24 on Monday night, now that there's no football. Both shows can more than stand on their own. What's on Tuesday? The only thing I watch is NCIS.

I was the one who posted a while back that Fox was effectively terminating the Terminator by sticking it on Friday nights .
Since then it was brought to my attention that there are some shows that have been on Friday nights for quite awhile like Ghost Whisperer.
Apparently lower budget shows can survive on Friday nights with the cooperation of the actors. Shows need a certain number of epi's to make it in syndication and some stars take pay cuts and instead accept a piece of the possible future syndication money to keep the show on long enough to make it.
Don't know if the Terminator show could do that, since there is the issue of the larger number of actors and the special effects. So I'm guessing the Terminator will be around just long enough to give a lead in to the movie, then, hasta la visa, baby.

If they cancel Terminator I wont have a thing to watch other than Burn Notice until college football cranks back up. Man, I hate reality TV!

I see what you did there.

I 100% agree Dollhouse is shit. Cancel it, throw repeats of Futurama on Mondays, and show Terminator on Tuesdays. Find me one person in the universe that wouldn't prefer that scenario.

DAMN YOU FOX
