I thought it was a great episode. It was obviously inspired by the stem cell debate, but I think it was done in a nice way. The ending was kinda predictable if you think about it.

Some of us live in the midwest :disgust:

I don't care I have ReplayTV I'm a gonna put the kids to bed then watch Enterprise and a weeks worth of Futurama I haven't got to. :D

I live in Wisconsin, but I have class during the show, so I just download and watch it ahead of time :D

One of the best episodes in quite a while: it took a good look at a social issue, had some cool tech stuff in it(stable Warp 5), some romance, and we even got to see teenage Trip, well, be teenage.;) I'm sure Connor Trinneer(the guy who plays Trip) also enjoyed making that neural-pressure scene.:p

PS For anyone keeping count, this was another episode directed by LeVar Burton

A fellow actor I often work with went to scool with Connor. Says that he's essentially playing himself. ;)

Pretty good episode. The previews made it out to look like it was going to suck. Glad I was wrong. :D

I don't know if I'd call that entirely predictable; at one point, it was hard to tell who would live on: Trip or Sym.

T'Pol sure has a nice butt. Probably one of the best butts in the world but I'm getting tired of all these massaging scenes. It's way over done.

Well, I wasn't surprised.. (though I admit I missed about 15 minutes of the epsiode).

One thing I've been noticing is that T'pol, for an emotionless Vulcan, sure has a lot of emotions...

As it has been pointed out numerous times though, is that Vulcans are actually more emotional than humans, but they do a great job at surpressing them.

They could have made the clone live longer and just let Trip die. Would have been more interesting for the series that way in the long run. Something similar happened to O'Brien on DS9 if I remember correctly, though it wasn't a clone, some alternate universe of him took over after the real O'Brien died.

yup, same thing with voyager. where ensign kim goes to alternate universe, the voyager gets distroyed, but the other ensign kim, took a baby, and "jumped ship" to another parrelel voyager.
