Tonight's Doctor Who & Battlestar Galactica Episodes [06-06-2008]...

The Doctor Who episode was interesting.

Potential Spoiler-----

I wonder if they're going to use any of the characters that appeared later in the season.

In semi-related news, Torchwood is getting an abbreviated season 3. It's going to be 5 episodes run in a weeklong marathon, instead of the usual 13 episode order. I can't say I find much sense in it.

I didn't see last week's BSG and don't see it on Sci-Fi's rewind site.

Last week's wasn't that great anyways. I'm really looking forward to tonight's though 🙂

Awesome Doctor Who Episode! I wonder if we'll ever see Jenny again! 😕

really enjoyed BSG tonight... saddened that the resurrection ship was actually destroyed, but I couldn't get over the stupidity of having a single point of failure in something as important as the entire cylon race.

I can't get into Torchwood, some of the eps are decent, but others are just terrible.

Damn good ep. What was the point of the random raptor pilot freaking out and jumping in the middle of the battle? Wish they had done a little more with the battle - like did they recover the vipers/raptors/raiders?

So much for "All will be revealed".

Sadly, I have a feeling that the final Cylon will be revealed before the mid-season finale R Nilla! :|

I'd like to know as well PottedMeat! 😕 I would venture a guess that all the vipers?raptors/raiders were recovered since Helo didn't seem concerned when he brought D'Anna to the President.

That was the Raptor that the Galactica found an episode or two ago. It jumped back but was just floating out in space. Remember, this episode began with "Two Days Ago".

Ah thats it. Thats why she said something like 'its going to be a long way back' - so he lived long enough to start the jump sequence home.

Yes, but IMO it was one of the most beautiful scenes to watch of the entire series. It would make on heck of a wallpaper

Looks like they are really ramping up the story in anticipation for the 6 month hiatus

With an ending like that, what do you suspect? 😛

Random fact: Jenny is a daughter of one of the past doctors, #5 I think.

Season 1 or season 2?

jenny(georgia moffett) is the daughter of the fifth doctor (peter davidson). Seems she's dating tennant, very incestuous indeed.

Season 1 or season 2?

Hopefully she'll appear later as a character on the regular Doctor Who series, and not in a spinoff series. I liked her.

Torchwood season 1 is mostly utter dreck, whereas season 2 has some interesting developments.

Guaranteed we will see Jenny again.

Damn, she is 24 yrs old and she already has a 7 yr old child. I thought she was 17 right now.

Looks like some stuff is coming to a head in BSG next week. I am getting sick of being lead on as such. Thats why I stopped watching lost.
