Goodby & good riddance Sherry

As long as Jack says that it's the right thing to do, I don't see why not. 🙂

Heh sherry got knocked the fcuk out, just like roy jones did 😀
Poor sherry, can we get a moment of silence for her?.... And were back 🙂

H*ll no, I know I'm not the only one who saw this coming from Season 1

Sherry got pwn3d. Wayne should have just left and everything would have worked out a-ok. I find it kind of odd that for a guy whose willing to kill millions of people and give up his own life that he'd give up just for his daughter. The psyche of a mad-man.

Just got thru watching it (when to see Troy earlier - that movie blew) anyhow I kind of like the Sherry character. Sure, she is the bitch you want to slap around, but come on guys she really added another level of drama to the show. Without her character Palmer's plot line for season 4 may be kind of lacking.

Maybe Palmer won't be around for season 4.

Anybody else feel that Saunders cracked a little too easily? He handed over the codes and everything. Even that terrorist guy in season 2 waited until they thought they shot his son before giving up information.

funny how Jack the Badass sticks up for the guy who everyone in this thread wanted beheaded just an ep or 2 ago... hypocrites! 😛

for some reason, this thought came into my head this morning...

wouldn't taping the pill bottle to Sherry's back mess up the fingerprints on it???

Man I hope not, don't know that I can take another season of her in it.

So let me see if any of you guys agree with me on this. Season 3 has definitely not lived up to Seasons 1 or 2.

Which season did I like best? Probably 2; though 1 was insane good.

This season it doesn't seem like they had a clear idea. The drug thing hasn't been talked about in forever. Hector and Ramone died way too early and in the overall scheme of things meant nothing. Chase's baby was a side story that didn't go anywhere. The death or Chapelle was kind of pointless since they stopped taking demands right after that. The whole story with the kid having the drugs went nowhere really.

I don't know; just seems like they kind of were testing the water with the earlier episodes looking for a direction that worked out. Not to say I haven't liked this season. It has had its good points. The jail break was a nice touch; the twist with Jack working for the Salazar's was good; calling in the marine's was cool.

But I don't know; overall the direction has seemed fuzzy and they're killing off a lot of cool characters. Nina was a great villain; murdering Chapelle was kind of useless. Was kind of upsetting that they miraculously Michelle was unharmed by the gas...somewhat un-24 like.

Maybe its me; anyone agree? I'm having difficulties on what they could tackle next.

I hope this is what Season 4 is like, the 4th and final season :

Tony is killed for treason.

Jack realizes that Saunders was right.

Jack turns into the bad guy for season 4.

24 has always been a gimmicky show. The first season was the only one with any semblance of continuity. Seasons 2 and 3 were just lots of guns and action to satisfy the hormone-driven pencil-necked geeks who (the creators realized) were the biggest audience for the show. As an example, I submit this board where everyone went ape-sht over the F18's last week, which (after you watch it more than once) looks like stock footage.

That said, this show is better than 99% of the garbage that gets airtime on the American networks. Including the cable ones like HBO.

Remember, if you watch this show... YOU'RE A GEEK! 😀

:brokenheart:

if jack turns bad CTU would never be able to stop him. now that would make a great finale season. but next year better not be it

My thoughts:

Saunder's is such a fraud. If he was a TRUE believer of his cause he would've given Jane up in a heart beat.

And why was Tony surprised he was facing the death penalty? That's what you get for committing treason of that magnitude!

Last one, Julia should've shot Wayne before she shot herself. Dumbass deserves it for dragging his brother through all this.

what 24 needs is more sex. SEX SEX SEX!

more scenes of kim running around the back alleys of LA braless and in a tight white top with the bright sun shining down.... mmmm

like i said... gimmick gimmick gimmick!

to answer someone elses writeup before, i think season 1 was the best.

just the novelty of the idea and everythign about it, the way it was shot, the idea etc etc.

season two was like ok, its been done.

season 3 started off really bad, and really really slow. i stopped watching for a while until my friend said it had become good again. i ended up watching 6 episodes in a row (thanks bittorrent) and was like HOLY SH!T!!

needless to say i watched last nights, thought it was awesome. nice to have sherry gone. although the president will seem kinda lame without being whipped around by his b!tch of a wife. or ex-wife i should say.

Season 2; when that backwoods guy takes her in and she takes a shower. Hilarious.

They also need a new cinematographer. The whole show is shot in zoom. NEVER a wide shot, always the camera right in everyone's face....

Isn't it Sherry's fingerprints that are on it to begin with? She merely touches the bottle again, and bam, fingerprints are back.
