I also like her, because she was one of the few loyal cast members. Jack first ofcourse, then Tony, then Dessler, then Chloe.

Zero. F117s are nuclear strike planes. They're used to deliver relatively small, precise guided munitions to specific targets that may be heavily armoured and defended.

A B1 is far more likely to carry a nuclear weapon. But even still, these days, they don't keep them all loaded up and ready to rock.
 
I don't think the F-117 carries any air to air missles and I know it does not have a gun on it. Suppose, then, that he is going to straight up kamikaze that thing into Air Force One.

I dunno...Marwan said something to the effect of "Do you want to earn your money or not?" to the Air Force guy on the phone...I'd tend to think that money is useless to you when you're dead. 😛
