oh gawd..anthrax in DC again. one office building at baileys crossroads, VA and the Pentagon. 3000 people locked down. The biological sensors picked up anthrax in the mailroom.

And then found Negative. And totally off-topic of this thread.

wasnt negative dude. only one package found positive and then negative at the pentagon. thats because it got irradiated.

i live right across from the pentagon.

With you guys talking about the mercs not being able to do squat with Jack and the crew, I found it odd that they didn't split up into two groups, as I'm sure the gun shop had a back door.

Good point, but it was a sporting goods store IIRC, so that might have affected their tactical decision :)

i'm kind of disappointed that chloe isn't back yet.... and sara gavin should still be on the show.

the latter makes more sense (gavin's removal), because it allows more of a focus on tony, but still. stupid!

Just moved into our new house this past weekend and cable hasn't been setup yet, to make matters worse, a regular antenna doesn't pickup any local channels in the area. Anyone have a vidcap? Wife and I have been following this all season and were very disappointed to find out we couldn't watch our local channels last night. Any help is appreciated.

Agreed, also when the hell is Kim (Elisha Cuthbert) gonna show up? Has anyone heard if she officaly is going to be in this season or not?

I don't know if they have finished filming the season, but Elisha's (Kim) appearance on the show was dependent on her movie career. With the House of Wax already finished and The Quiet (Dot) in post-production there could be a possible appearance but... with the time already being 9pm in the show the odds look slim.

Like Reiko (Michelle) was not suppose to be in this season at all, but they wrote her back in. Who knows...

Um, you don't know what you're talking about. These episodes were filmed *months* in advance.

Some of this stuff is just so unbelievable... 20 commandos with night vision are taken out by 1 ctu agent and 3 bums? Anyone who has played CS knows that the mercs should have naded them. Duh.

Then, when the worthless backup shows up, they don't even secure the bodies of the hostiles... hell let's just assume they're all dead.

I agree. One of my favorite smaller role characters was an Arab guy from, Season 2, I think, that was trying to deliver something or another to Jack, but met up with some racist punks instead. :(

24 has always been pretty fair to all races and ethnicities, IMO.

Think he was a Green Beret. Keep in mind they do have the benefit of being on the defense and those 2 brothers are probably hunters/shooters themselves being that they own a gun strore.

He's former Delta, not GB or SEAL. And to Kevin - it's a frickin TV show where the same guy saves the world 4 different days. Get over it.

It's a TV show about a guy who saves the world 4 times. You need to get over yourself if you think it's believable. I think your problem is, you expect too much. *cough*Eagles*cough* :p

I'm glad she's doing starring roles in movies... I think that's better than a small role on 24.

Better to not have any than to be failed on time and time again by certified chokers.

Nah I would say it's better to be able to watch my team in January every year instead of trying to get behind another geriatric quarterback on the brink of retirement. But this seems to be a bit off topic for this thread

You're right.

Either way, 24 kicks ass. If it didn't, you wouldn't have watched it and you wouldn't be complaining about "plot holes" :D

So you think, jack's girlfriend will go back to paul or stay with jack.

I think they are done for and jack will go back to CTU

very true. and earlier, there was a PSA during a commercial that featured kiefer sutherland telling the watchers of 24 not to assume that this is some sort of stereotype and that almost all members of the muslim community are productive members of the american society. THAT was what addressed the community. (there were news articles about it as well.)

Definitely. Theme of Jack losing another woman to work.
