If they would of replayed that first 10 minutes thru out the whole hour i'd be happy 🙂

So let me get this straight ...

The terrorists stage an execution to be broadcast over the internet in order to generate enough traffic to distract authorities from a large scale assault on a firewall at a nuclear control center that, if compromised and used in conjunction with the device stolen from the train, will allow them to control and meltdown any of the 104 nuclear power plants in the country.

Anyone else think the tribute to the fallen Lt. Colonel (assuming Iraq) was übercool? Picture looked fantastic in 720p HD on my 57" TV, as did the show overall.

It will be interesting to see how they squeeze out the rest of the 24 hours as it seems like it would be difficult to keep up the pace of the early episodes. Of course, this is my first season. 🙂

She's the Sherry Palmer/Nina role this year. Saw it coming a mile away. Just like Chloe is the Paula Schaeffer role, the black guy is the same as Tony Almeida, etc. I love 24 but it's not big on originality 🙂
 
24 needs to hire a geek from this forum to check its script for realism. A nuclear power plants protected by a firewall that can be broken by a mass attack by a worm embedded into a video stream? WTF were they smoking?

I think there are geeks writing for the show. Last night they mentioned "saw the load on the routing tables" ... that's some hardcore geek stuff... whether that's possible or not. At least they aren't saying stuff like "download your harddrive onto this floppy" like in Boiler Room.
