Sorry to hear about this. Good luck. I still really don't understand the "project". What was it.

"1) Lose maybe 10k and forget it

or

2a) Take huge risk and maybe lose nothing(break even)
or
2b) Take huge risk, FVK up royally and maybe lose much more(worse case scenario= declare bankruptcy)"

No offense, but since your great business acumen is what got you in this mess to begin with... uh, stick with choice #1. Take your losses. Go get a real job. Besides, you should already know to OBEY YOUR WIFE...

if your serious about 'huge risk' and 'illegal' then your stupid and should not do it. posting that you might do it and then actually doing it will provide hard evidence :\. I don't think it would be hard to link you to your online persona either.

It's a retail do it yourself home meth lab. They were hoping for the laws to change but that fell through. Now they have to sell it underground illegally or take a 10k loss.

from what I've gathered is that the project was basically created for a client, but due to a clerical error the client is not eligible. I'm guessing what the guy suggested and what you are thinking of doing is selling it to the client anyways.

If you choose this route you will sell it at a discounted price (thus the breaking even, instead of losing money) or the client will rat you out or someone will find out that you sold it to the client anyways, thus you getting in trouble.

Sounds like too big a risk for me. I'd take the loss.

edit: for correct word usage

clinical? as in the client can't get doc's approval on methamphetamines for medical use?

go ahead and risk it -- but have fun in jail!
