As opposed to not having any viewers like CNN and MSNBC?

So having more viewers gives more credence to the intelligence of the viewership or those that cater to them? Hmmm....

You do know that by definition, half of a given population is below average intelligence right? But I'm willing to stipulate that television viewership is skewed as such that more of the lower half of the intelligence scales typically watches it than the upper half. Case in point, I don't watch TV, but a whole lot of people love watching Fox News....

Wow, It just never occured to me that you were so intelligent. Thanks for letting us know.

let's see, economy is improving, McCain says we're winning in Afghanistan, there's a chance we'll stop pouring money down the drain in Iraq, this administration doesn't believe "deficits don't matter", which last administration stated.

And current justice department believes President is subject to law and does not have unlimited power.

How is this "failure" ?

lol good one. You related to Prof John?

Very contentious but I have to give Obama props for appearing on FOX at all. Could you imagine that prior idiot appearing on MSNBC?

I think the President was confused when he mentioned Hawaii when he was thinking of Haiti.

But to answer your question, there was a 6.7 earthquake in Hawaii in 2006.

Yeah... but it wasn't a disaster and it had nothing to do with the 'Louisana Purchase' to secure another vote on health care... which is what his reponse was about.

So either he thought the Chile earthquake caused problems here OR he thinks Haiti is that mysterious 57th state he mentioned in his campaign. Either way...

I couldn't believe Obama said people would get the same health care as congress. That was not only a bare lie but a whopper at that. He's a very disturbed individual.

He can be in front of a camera or in front of any group of people and lie like there's no tomorrow. He'll say anything to further his agenda.

I've worked with several pathological liars over the years. They can be very dangerous in a number of different ways.

But this very trait, this ability to lie with no qualms, is what endears him so greatly to the progressives. Winning at any cost. The ends justify the means. This man is very dangerous.

There was one thing I learned from this interview. In the past I had given him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps his attitude was that Pelosi and Reid were to some degree loose cannons but that they were effective (in his eyes) and that he was giving them some leeway. No more. When he says that we just need to pass the bill and then evaluate it, I knew without a doubt that he was calling the shots.

If we manage to survive his presidency with our Republic intact, I wonder how long it will take for the public to forget what happens when you put a Marxist in the white house that surrounds himself with other Marxists?

I dunno, I let you know if and when we have a Marxist in the White House.

I have no idea is this is true about Obama, but what you wrote sounds exactly like the last 8 years of Bush/Cheney. You know the "If you aren't with us, you are against us" mantra. If you don't 100% support Bush, you were branded un-American, traitorous, and accused of treason.

Kind of Cheney still staying we found those mythical WMD in Iraq? Or Rove's new fictional book to re-write history?

See, now you are just trolling. Anyone that seriously thinks that about Obama (or any major elected official for that matter) is a fool or a troll. Take your pick.

MSNBC did an entire story on the tone of the interview without addressing the content at all. And they think Fox isn't a news agency! (Note: I'm not a fan of either network, but the irony...)

Comparing MSNBC to Faux is akin to comparing fresh dog shit to day old dogshit, they are both dog shit. Most informed people get their News on the Internet these days and don't bother with Bullshit that passed for News Networks on Cable like Faux and MSNBC

You sound angry.

Trolling? Not in the slightest. All one has to do is start paying attention to the people that raised Obama, the people that mentored him and the people he's hired to assist him.

I fully understand that your mind is not going to be changed just as mine isn't. Consider some of this.

A brief history. He was deserted by both his mother and his father. He was schooled in Indonesia from first through fourth grade. Eventually he was taken in by his grandparents. He was introduced to Frank Marshall Davis by his grandfather. Frank Marshall Davis was his mentor. The man that was a father figure to him.

Here are some of his associates in his adult life.
Bernadine Dohrn
Bill Ayers
Jeremiah Wright
Gregory Galluzzo
Dr. Khalid Al-Mansour
Saul Alinsky had such an affect on him that he wrote an article about him to just scratch the surface in this regard.

Then look at the people he hired for his administration.
Mark Lloyd
Anita Dunn
Van Jones
John Holdren
Cass Sunstein

To name a few.

Remember when your mom told you that you were judged by the company that you keep? Like seeks like. Criminals hang with criminals. Baptists hang with baptists and so on. Research these people with an open and objective mind.

Or, continue to cover your eyes and ears and pretend everything is fine. Take your pick.

So I guess that makes you a fool then?

Let's illustrate with a few simple pictures, to make it easier for you to understand. (images are from www.politicalcompass.org )

Here is a nice graph with some common historical figures, and with the axes labeled. Notice Communism is to the far left, where Stalin is.

axeswithnames.gif

Now take a look at the US Presidential election results:
uscandidates2008.png

Notice anything? Obama is actually to the right of center <gasp!> He isn't even slightly to the left of center, let alone far-left, which is what Marxism/communism is.

Are you following along yet? The pictures aren't too hard to understand I hope. If you look at the website, you will actually notice that Bush (and other neocons) are all higher on the authoritarian scale, which puts them a lot closer to fascism then Obama (note: I am not claiming that Bush and others are/were fascist)

It also shows that almost all US Presidential candidates are to the right of center. There are no true "far-left" candidates, regardless of what you happen to believe.

So the data shows he isn't marxist, nor is ANY major politician. So I guess we know the truth about two things now. One, Obama isn't marxist, and two, you are a fool.

I watched part of it and had to change the channel 🙁

It's hard to believe we've come to a point where media sensationalism and political grandstanding trump even a small level of respect for the office of commander in chief.
Whats next Congressional mud wrestling?

I especially loved the snarky and rhetorical e-mail question Baier went with. It's like he culled it straight from one of their article's online comment sections. I can't recall a more disrespectful interview of any sitting or former executive. Stay classy Fox News.
