The 2060 is a fast card....from a year ago.
5600XT is faster brand spanking new and 20 bucks cheaper.
RTX2060 is a tough sell.
If they lowered the 2060 down to 279, then as long Noise\Power \ of available cards is fine then 5600XT still looks like the way to go

edit: Looking around at a couple of benchmarks 2060 trades blows. So it will be a tough call

Maybe if prices drop down after the newness of a new card wears off it will be a price/perf winner. Looking at NE right now, 3 of 15 cards are at $279. From there its $289-299-309-339. The 3 fan cards usually being $300+.

The big kicker for me on the new AMD cards has been issues regarding variable refresh rate on the new LG TVs. They don't support VRR via HDMI 2.0 , and the GTX 16 series, and the 20 series cards do. Also if you are into streaming, the NVENC encoder is a god send for folks with mid tier CPUs. I ran a Red Dragon 5700 in my HTPC for about 2 weeks, really liked the performance, just couldn't get past the fact that I wasn't able to use the VRR supported by my TV. Ended up going back to a 20 series Nvidia card due to that.
