UPDATED!
The new Seasonic 1000w Platinum PSU is now available for pre-order from Newegg, $240FS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...5&Tpk=seasonic
With most Silver/Gold 1000w PSUs in the $180-$200 range, getting both Seasonic quality and Platinum efficiency for slightly more is a great deal.

Just thought some folks around here would be interested: http://www.tomshardware.com/news/seasonic-psu-gold-platinum-fanless,12868.html.
Seasonic plans on introducing several 80 Plus Platinum PSUs in September, at 860w and 1000w. They are also going to be introducing some seriously high-powered Gold PSUs, up to 1250w, a range way above what Seasonic traditionally has sold. I believe the highest Seasonic-branded model up to this point has been 850w. The article also notes that Seasonic considers the 80 Plus Bronze level dead, since new components allow better efficiency.
