The guy was arrested without even a trial and they put him in a prison with a high Muslim population and solitary confinement. You really think his "crime" warrants solitary confinement. It won't surprise me if you ignore this part.

Robinson had his trial the first time & agreed to certain conditions of probation which he obviously violated. Summary judgement ensued, rightfully so.

He has yet to offer any substantiation of this assertion, even after repeated requests to do so-

incorrigible is to dumb to understand that when you violate probation, which is what this is about, you don't necessarily get a trial, you've already had that when you agree to the conditions of probation/parole so you can get out of jail and if they don't follow those rules you go to jail, no trial needed.

Actually that line is not wrong. Everyone gets arrested without a trial though. That comes after. But when we are talkinng about Tommy, he already had a trial before, had his sentence commuted and told not to do it again or he'll go to jail and this mutt willfully violated the condition of his commuted sentence.

Fine. I read that, and I took it to mean that the OP skidmark meant to post that TR was thrown in jail without trial, not arrested without trial. I misread his comment, and that is on me. I also read it assuming a different intent from the OP (basically how I read it)...so I'll maintain that we were both off semantically, but I won't excuse myself from misreading the words that he posted.
