Yep. And by not getting some kind of bonus that is in essence a pay cut. Damn straight I'd be pissed if I didn't get my bonus.

Guess it depends on how it's defined. I'd personally prefer to have my 'bonus' rolled into my pay each month if it is some flat amount promise at the end of the quarter/year.

The wife gets her bonus in March. Last year everybody in the company got 40% of what they were supposed to have coming to them. This year things are better and she'll get her whole bonus plus with her latest promotion she got bumped up to a potential 15% of her yearly earnings from 10%. We'll see.
