Tombstone......

been there. Town was kind of boring IMO. The gunfight at the OK Corral was ok...but too family oriented (duh).

Maybe not the best Western ever but Doc Holiday as played by Val Kilmer is easily the best Western character ever. One of the best pieces of acting I've ever seen.

Dave Rudabaugh is an ignorant scoundrel. I disapprove of his very existence. I considered ending it on several occasions, but self control got the better of me. Besides I am a sporting man, not a killer.

Said it before and I'll say it again.. Wyatt Earp > Tombstone

I like them both. Wyatt Earp may be more accurate historically but Tombstone is more entertaining.

However the best western EVER has got to be Clint Eastwoods classic Unforgiven.

honorable mention: Silverado

The Magnificent Seven
The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
A Fistful of Dollars
For a Few Dollars More
Unforgiven
High Noon
Dances With Wolves
