I just bought a copy of Tom Clancy's the division for PC from Amazon. Upon receiving it, I activated the key on uplay and downloaded the game. The desktop shortcut and game icon show the words "PTS" in them.
However, when I try to start the game the following error message is displayed:
"the division services are not available at this time. Please try again later
delta c-1-191"

I also googled around and uplay has closed down the PTS servers. What does this mean? How do I get into the game, since I am unable to get to any configuration screen?

Thanks!

PTS is the test servers, not the actual live servers. If you don't have the option to install the regular client, I would say you need to talk to Amazon about they key you received.

PTS stands for Public Test Realm. You may have installed or are pointing to the wrong version. There is a huge patch coming soon that is supposed to really improve the game.

There was an issue with the key. It was showing up as if linked to my steam account, even though I didn't have one. Ubi support had to remove that link and I was able to install the normal version.
