lincoln tunnel checkpoint, daily challenge mode.

host is AFK.
clear up to the tunnel with 3 guys, host runs up to the bomb area, goes afk.
clear that checkpoint, host still afk.
kill all the baddies outside, host comes out of afk.
just after(i assume he fucked up and waited too long) completing mission, host kicks everyone.

the whole time he doesnt say or type a thing.

game needs a way to block players. i would hate to join on this dickscarf again some day and not realize it till its too late.
 
Made level 30 on Friday so had a good weekend playing with some guys here. Special thanks to nurturedhate as he and some others breezed me through high level DZ to get lots of gold items.

First thing I've noticed is teamwork for daily missions and DZ is much easier than just roaming around in PVE.

Would like to buy that AUG but only have 300 phoenix credits. Will probably take me another month to get up to 800. What is best way to get phoenix credits?

In laws coming over tonight. Would it be anti-social for me to sit on the computer and play all night?
 
Tried challenge incursion in earnest this weekend with my group. Made it to wave 8 Saturday and wave 14 Sunday. Wiping at 14 was a gut punch but I know we can make it all the way this weekend.


If you do all the daily missions before the reset Friday that will net you at least another 260 PxC. Other than that try to complete the dailies that give PxC and either run challenge missions(usually lexington event center) over and over or farm DZ bosses.

Lexington is the fastest, I tried speed runs on every mission. Usually goes so fast, even randoms I play with usually stay for another run even if they planned to do just one.

Over the weekend, I got up to 1000, down to 25 and back up to 500. Didn't even play that much, this weekend was the one I played the least.

What's your uplay, I'm axb2012, msg me if you want to do a few Lexington runs. Explain the Phoenix credits importance to in laws and we'll get you to the PC max.

false!

Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint is the fastest because you can skip the first set of mobs and run straight into part 2 by sprinting off to the right side.

Then its just a matter of clearing the fodder on floor which doesnt take long, unless u guys have no dps.
You can also cheeze part 4 by leaving 1 enemy alive until timer runs off.

In short lincoln tunnel has the fastest clear times, and the SRS sniper rifle is a drop from the boss if you get lucky on RNG.

Also there is no heavy gunner in that map to flank you and give you hell.
The worst would probably be the grenades that get spam.

The fastest Lincoln vs. the fastest Lexington run? It may go to Lincoln but running them consistently, especially with randoms, Lexington is faster. Here is why:

-Less distance to cover

-Yeah, you can skip the first part of Lincoln but by the time you do, the entrance to Lexington is already cleared, first hostage secured and up on the floor clearing the NPC's around the 2nd hostage. It takes 5 seconds from where you spawn on Lexington to start the action.

-Randoms love to shoot the last guy on Lincoln so another wave spawns.
-Due to the grenade spam and the golf club guys, team mates go down more often on Lincoln.

-After securing Ramos, it's pretty easy to keep the enemies bottled up at the elevator, killing them before they even get out.

-Same thing goes for Larae and the guys that spawn after you kill her. Most of the time I don't even get to hear the "we a river, we gonna drown you" speech, spamming the door she comes from with nades and stickies can keep them all bottled up in there.

Basicly they coded Protection from Elites wrong and it's actually increasing damage you take from Elites by X%. Might want to check your gear, luckily I was at 0% on both of mine.

Yep, definitely broken. Tested it myself. Been wondering why I kept feeling squishier and squishier with newer and "better" gear. Removed the 25ish % protection from my gear and can now stand in basically everything but fire on regular challenge mode missions (not FL).

Agree on Lexington being faster than Lincoln once the group's dps is able to bottle up the spawns in their spawn doors. That's ultimately why Lexington is faster, aoe is usually better than single target when dealing with large groups. Would still suggest new 30's and low stat people stick to Lincoln until they get some gear as the mission itself is overall easier than Lexington.

Do the dailies. I think you can get 70/day easily. You have a deadline on that gun for sale so go ahead and pretend you have an important work assignment and lock yourself in a room while your wife deals with them.

I thought they patched that. It seems that first mob will follow you and snipe you now.
 
I need to get into more groups with you guys. seems like no one is ever on when i am on or if people are, they are afk.

crap. i have like 20% of protection from elites all from my green striker's gear. if i drop those i lose my set bonus. decisions decisions.

nurtured would love to do a falcon's lost with you. find me when I am in game, not on uplay. i am signed onto uplay all day.

This game is so broken. Never ending arrival of glitches, bugs, cheats and hacks.

Ubisoft is really outdoing themselves.

no wonder I have been taking so much damage/dying so much easier!
 
game seems to be going in the shitter. ran into a few hackers today while doing pub runs. downed bliss in like 10 seconds. destroy every wave in falcon lost in a couple of seconds. oh well was a fun game while it lasted.

Hahahaha that explains a few runs I had after increasing protection from elites I felt like they were killing me more quickly. How does something like that get through testing?

Anybody else getting really weird performance with AMD 16.4.2 drivers? I was looking forward to finally being able to play with crossfire, but now I'm getting really odd stuttering, both with and without crossfire enabled (on 2x 290's). I had smooth gameplay around 50fps (2560x1440) before on 16.3.1 IIRC but now it almost seems like every other frame is off and some animations seem like they are playing at half framerate or something. Doesn't show up very well in captured footage since it's resampled at 30Hz, otherwise I would have uploaded something to show it. Seems to be limited to this game - booted up FO4 and it now plays great with crossfire and is totally smooth playing at 4K. It's annoying because now the game is less playable than before 🙁
