Over the course of time I've probably removed and installed 10-15 toilets in various rental homes, my own home. Up to this point. all of these toilets were standard bottom outlet units. I just had a relative ask if I could replace a toilet which is a rear outlet (wall outlet vs floor outlet) Since this would be the first time I would be doing this type, the question I have is do these toilets use the same wax rings as the bottom outlet toilets?

Man, the rough-in on one of these toilets has got to be pretty much spot on in the vertical dimension. The finish floor dimension would be very critical.
