Just wait. Apple is soon to announce that the next software update for the iphone will permenantly disable any unlocked phones, and that the warranty is voided if you unlocked it. I can't wait to see how many people that pisses off.
 
I'm suing Sony for a zillion dollars because they DIDN'T drop the price on the PS3, hence I can't afford one. Jerks.

Lol, so she loses a couple hundred bucks on resale value and then decides to sue for $1 mill? Where is the sense making here? Who is to say that she was even going to resell it?

wow, she claims the 399 pricetag is underselling and that is illegal? How about she go sue sony and microsoft for selling their consoles at a loss while she's at it.
 
The price dropped $200. She's suing for $1,000,000. Where does the other $999,799 dollars go?

I hope the State of New York throws the case out and makes her pay for wasting the judge's time.
 
What a precedent to set. After this, companies will no longer be able to reduce the price on products. Imagine still paying $1000 for an archaic VHS video camera. Or $200 for that 20gb hard drive. Want a 46" LCD next year? It will still cost $10,000.
 
Sad that she can find a lawyer as dumb as her to agree to take her case. They must be hinging their hopes that apple will settle the case for a few grand or something.
