The human foot is an amazing piece of natural engineering. A quarter of all the bones in your body are in your feet, and your heel absorbs 2-3 times your full body weight with every step. They're also a pretty reliable mode of transportation. On average your feet will carry you around 115000km in your lifetime-more than four times the circumference of the globe!




If your feet ever to break down, you can always call a toe truck.

How could this be?

It absorbs 2-3 times your body mass which converts to your weight (kg*2.2=lb) IIRC. I could be wrong, and am probably wrong, so don't flame me.
