my company is sucking big balls. now it is blocking photobucket and pics.bbzzdd as 'social networking'!

Happens all the time for me. I read some of these threads and think "WTF is everybody looking at" ?? I don't even see a block msg, its just text.

Course, I'm in the IT dept, but I'm not bypassing any filters ;)

This reminds me of an ex of mine who many years ago drove STRAIGHT into a fence because she had it in D instead of R. Women just dont get cars like men do. Sorta like logic :awe:

About a month ago, a lady at work got her flip flop caught on the gas pedal, jumped the parking block, and rammed into the back of our brick building. She put a sizable dent in the brick exterior, and a piece of drywall on the inside of the building fell away from the wall, messing up a couple cubicles, and ruining one of our monitors.

From the sound of the crash (I was about 20 feet from the wall on the inside of the building), I'm quite surprised the damage wasn't worse.

This is one reason I try to avoid wearing flip flops while driving, I'm afraid something like this will happen.

nope, my mom can't park for shit :awe: always has to back out and restraighten the car, even with a Corolla. even then, most of the time it's still crooked.

I don't particularly like driving barefoot, either... something about not having a firm bottom on my driving foot. that, and I think I'm a little OCD about keeping my feet clean.

LOL probably confused gas and brake and went right up over the divide. I've seen it happen once with a van but thankfully there was no car on the other side.

There was an accident this morning at a point where two roads merge from one interstate perpendicular to another (east/west merging to a northbound lane). Somehow some schmuck in the right set of merge lanes decided as the lanes merged from a 1 lane road (east bound) with a 2 lane road (west bound) to form a temporary 3 lane road (north bound) to not continue and turn the vehicle (you know, stay within the painted lines) and crossed the single lane coming from the east bound direction highway and drive near straight into the guard rails over the embankment. So instead of relatively smooth transition from those three lanes into 1, at the merge point with the rear end of his vehicle nearly blocking the entire lane we had about 1 and 3/4 functioning lanes. It's a shame he wrecked the car, but at least he'll be able to salvege those $1600 rims for the next ride.

My grandma pwns me at parallel parking. She's a machine. My mom drives stick like a pro and is also good at parking.

I drive a silly automatic, but I can back in like a pro.

pics.bbzzdd is probably a local block.

I.e. they're probably watching what you're doing and blocking it. Might wanna lay low for awhile.
Problably heuristic scanning, no one really has the time to block sites 1 by 1. Though it could be by traffic but I doubt that site is high on the bandwidth used for the company.
