Chevy Chase played drums for a band in college called "The Leather Canary." Chase described the band as a "really poor jazz band." However, once he left the band, his bandmates Walter Becker and Donald Fagen found some decent success when they changed their name to Steely Dan.


I'm going to collect these stories and become a futuristic Paul Harvey when I get old.

some more trivia:

Sandy Denny was the only guest vocalist for Led Zeppelin. The song was The Battle of Evermore on the Led Zeppelin IV album and she was rewarded for her work with her own special symbol on the album sleeve consisting of three pyramids.
