A male confronting any female he doesn't know in public has all sorts of potential to go way south real fast -- very easy for any bystander to misinterpret what's occuring and for said female to then run with tp her advantage.

Yeah, I did that once and got away with it but it could have backfired. Some well-to-do older lady pulls up at the library and grabs the handicapped spot with her temp mirror hanger, and hustles on in there to drop off a book. I KNEW she was scammer and followed her back in there ( I had just come out) and she admitted it was for when she took her mother around, and I belittled her loudly the whole way in and out. Of course she chose to ignore me and I made sure everybody knew what a lazy worthless piece of shit she was.
Backstory: My brother in law is in a wheelchair and gets double parked by assholes like this, so he can't get his ramp down and has to ask some perfect stranger to move his van for him. It pisses me off to see perfectly capable people scamming the system. An acquaintance of mine spends an hour on the stair stepper every day, and yet thinks he is cool shit to do so, rather than walk another 50 feet. Not with me around he doesn't

I was at a stop light while fire fighters were soliciting donations in a boot. They never got to my car before the light turned green, so I took my heaping styrofoam cup full of change (mostly pennies), opened my door, set it down, and pushed it into the area they were patrolling (marked off area separating the turn lanes from the forward lanes). As we started to move, a car full of women behind me started honking and visibly expressing their disgust with me for "littering." I still had my window down from when I was waking for the fireman, so I tried to tell them but they didn't understand until we stopped at the next light. Their obscene gestures turned to thumbs up, but I still wonder what they were thinking: why would they think someone would place their trash upright and push it rather than just tossing it? Then again, why did Lil' Miss Miata use her ashtray in the first place? I had to put out roadside fires at my school sometimes more than once per day due to smokers tossing their butts, so I would have said/done something to... I'd just make sure I was interpreting it right first, unlike those women.
