Because it hits so close to home. One of the managers in my current office is even more dense and useless than the Pointy Haired Boss. We breathe a sigh of relief when he leaves for lunch, because it means he'll stop walking around asking, "Are you busy? You guys seeing a lot of business today?" for an hour or two.

This is not funny by itself. "Management is dumb" is not clever anymore. What is funny is that it's referring to someone getting fired for posting a Dilbert strip about management being drunken lemurs.
