Whatever candidate you support, if you are eligible to vote, go make your voice heard. Go vote. Don't forget that it's not just about the presidential election either -- there's local offices, state offices, judges etc etc. If you don't vote, you're giving away a right that thousands have died to protect.

Vote early, vote often! ........errrrr... I mean, vote early :p

That is all, please continue your regularly scheduled neffing.

Yep, it's a repost of a repost of a repost, but this is the first one actually posted today. I'm sure there's a few in P&N, but I'm scared to go in there, those folks are nuts over there! :Q

It's 6:15am and I'm already up. The polls open in 45 minutes and I'll be there when they do. :)

I voted early last week. Oregon's vote-by-mail system rocks.

True, but NH's allowing you to register day of the election @ the polls rules even more. ;)

Although I'm already registered...

I can't believe an elite member made this post... I'll keep the implications unvoiced ;)

Just got back from voting... The parking lot at the polling place was packed, and there was a line of about 200 people @ 6:45am! I'm thinking this election is going to have a high turnout...

If the line of people I saw at a couple of polling places is any indication, it's gonna be a very large turnout. I don't know what that means, but it's going to be a large turnout.

Yep, I should probably not have started yet another election related thread, I'm sure the mods will remind me of that with a smack upside the head... or by making me watch 6 hours of continuous pre-election advertisements or something evil like that.

I just don't want this to be another "Bush is bad / Kerry is bad" flamewar thread. No political arguments or discussions, no flames about which guy skipped more 2nd grade classes 40 years ago. Just a reminder to go vote, regardless of who you support.

Voted last week (absentee ballot). I'm a Republican who wants CHANGE. I didn't want to vote for Bush, I COULDN'T vote for Kerry so I voted for Nader.

Thank you for voting. I'm sure Mr. Nader appreciates your vote - even though he'll be able to count all of the votes he receives on his hands and his toes. ;)
