waste of time, money and resources....unless...your actually teaching the kids sometihng. (ages12-17only pls)

Do what I did when I worked in retail and kids were playing with expensive sh!t: unplug it and tell them its broken, now go away.
 
I just hit the can and there was some kid in the stall telling his dad that he couldn't get the toilet paper to come out...:Q

Nonsense. My bro and I were taken to work when we were little. Not only did we really like to go, but we kept quiet. It can be done, but, then I guess only with good parenting!
